After consultation with the Ranch Golf Club, our lead sponsors, and Westfield State administration, we regret to inform you that the Owl Club Golf Tournament is postponed until Monday, July 13, 2026.

The weather forecast for our originally scheduled date (Mon., June 22) is calling for steady rain throughout the late morning and is the forecast is for steady rain to continue for up to 12 hours, with rainfall totals projected to be 1-2 inches of rain.

In order to protect the golf course, and to aid our registered players in rearranging their travel plans, the tournament will not be played on June 22, and is postponed until Monday, July 13 at the Ranch Golf Club.

If you have registered and paid and still plan to play on July 13 - terrific, your spot in the tournament is assured!

If you cannot play on July 13, please contact Dave Caspole at dcaspole@westfield.ma.edu and let Dave know if you would like to A) Have your registration fee refunded or B) Would like to convert your registration (or some portion thereof) to a gift to the Owl Club to support Westfield State student athletes.

If your foursome needs to rearrange the number of players, needs a fourth, or will swap in another player, please communicate those changes to Dave Caspole as well.

If you were not registered to play, but now are able to play on July 13, we will reopen registration until the field is full, on a first-come, first-served basis.   The registration form will re-open on Tuesday, June 23 at noon.

Again, we regret the inconvenience of rescheduling, however we will keep our fingers crossed for much better weather on the July 13 to ensure the fun and safety of all of our players.

As always, thank you for your generous support of Westfield State Athletics, and your understanding in this matter as we try to provide a fun and safe day on the golf course at the Owl Club tournament.
