Westfield State captain Raphael Seguin scored the game-winner in overtime to lift the Owls to a 4-3 win at St. Anselm College in Manchester, N.H. on Tuesday night.
Seguin scored the golden goal 1:13 into the OT with assists from Louis Ouellet and Emile Pichette.
Oullette finished with three assists on the day, while Seguin finished with a goal and an assist.
Jesper Seeberg's goal with 4:06 left in regulation tied the game at 3-3 to force the extra session.
Westfield improves to 12-4 overall on the season
Aiden Winslow made 38 saves to earn the win in goal for the Owls. PJ Benites made 20 saves in the loss for the Hawks.
Cam Collins finished with a pair of assists for St. A's, which had three different goal scorers. St. Anselm dipped to 3-9-4.
Westfield will next play next Tuesday, January 20, hosting Amherst College at 7:35 p.m. at Amelia Park Arena.
