MXC Wins Keene Alumni Invitational
Lorcan Bergeron was the first Owl across the finish line, placing third individually to lead Westfield State’s men’s cross country team to the team championship at the season-opening Keene State Alumni Invitational in Keene, N.H. on Saturday.

Lorcan Bergeron was the first Owl across the finish line, placing third individually to lead Westfield State's men's cross country team to the team championship at the season-opening Keene State Alumni Invitational in Keene, N.H. on Saturday.
Bergeron completed the 5-kilometer course in 16:18. Rowan Gottschall ws next for the Owls in sixth place in 16:29 and Braeden Ramsey in 10th in 16:38.
Five teams and 55 athletes competed at the meet. Westfield will return to action next Saturday at the Trinity College Invitational meet.
