Top Stories of 2021: #6 – New Faces

At number six is the welcoming of new faces into the Westfield State community.

Starting with President Dr. Linda Thompson who was named the 21st Westfield State President in April of 2021 and then approved by the University Board of Trustees on May 18.

Westfield State University athletics also announced the hiring of head women's softball coach Skania Valencia, women's golf coach Jeff Gelinas, and cheerleading coach Chauncey Scott, Jr.
