Weekly Honor Roll
Westfield State junior outside hitter Alex Shaw (East Falmouth) was named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference women's volleyball player of the week.
Shaw averaged 9.7 kills, 2.7 blocks and 1.3 aces in 2-1 week for Owls, including 11 kills, four blocks and three aces in 3-1 victory over Framingham State to go with 12 kills and pair of blocks in 3-0 triumph at Worcester State.
Westfield, 15-10 overall and 4-0 in the MASCAC, returns to action this Friday and Saturday when they participate in the prestigious Hall of Fame Invitational being hosted by Smith and Mount Holyoke. Go to the
