Westfield State had eight student athletes on the Women’s Swimming and Diving team that were named the Little East Conference Fall 2023 Academic Honor Roll, as announced by the league on Thursday.
Westfield State swimming and diving celebrated the careers of seniors Molly Finnegan and Kara Banagan on Saturday, then went out and swam past UMass-Dartmouth, 162-41 to cap the home portion of the schedule for the Owls.
Westfield State junior Alex Richter won two individual events as the Owls fell to Mount Holyoke by a score of 152-79 on the road Saturday afternoon.
