Parker Earns MASCAC Rookie of the Week

Westfield, Mass. – Westfield State first-year forward Delaney Parker (Orange, Mass.) received the MASCAC Rookie of the Week after recording a goal and an assist in the Owls 7-0 victory over Framingham State this past Saturday. Parker assisted on the first goal of the game, and then followed with a goal of her own to jumpstart the scoring barrage for the Owls.

Parker continues to add to an already productive season as she leads the MASCAC in goals (8) and points (19) while also tying the league lead in assists (3).

The Owls next game will be on the road this week on Wednesday against Eastern Connecticut State at 6:00 P.M.
