Parker Named MASCAC Rookie and Player of the Week
Westfield State University first-year Delaney Parker (Orange, Mass./Mahar HS) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference women’s soccer player of the week and rookie of the week.

WESTFIELD, Mass. – Westfield State University first-year Delaney Parker (Orange, Mass./Mahar HS) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference women's soccer player of the week and rookie of the week.
Parker netted four goals and an assist in three games this week, tallying the second hat trick of her young career in the Owls 6-1 over Bard (NY) College in the Drew University Fall Classic on Sunday.
Parker added another goal in the Owls 3-2 OT loss to Coast Guard on Saturday.
For the season, Parker has seven goals and two assists to lead the Owls, and the MASCAC in both goals and points.
Westfield is 2-2-1 on the season. The Owls will next play at Keene State in a non-conference game on Wednesday, Sept. 15.
