WESTFIELD, Mass. – Five Westfield State women's lacrosse student-athletes were honored as part of the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) 2026 Division III Academic Honor Roll, recognizing student-athletes of junior, senior, or graduate class who earned a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or greater.
For Westfield State, graduate student Christina Roncarati (East Longmeadow, Mass.), seniors Erin Dyckman (North Babylon, N.Y.) and Mercedes Rozzi (South Burlington, Vt.), and juniors Samantha Dyer (Dover, N.H.) and Mollie Pacheco (Tolland, Conn.) all achieved such academic success.
The IWLCA honored 1,350 student-athletes from 174 different institutions on the 2025-26 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll.
All five student-athletes were previously named to the MASCAC Winter/Spring All-Academic team while Dyckman and Rozzi obtained placement on the CSC Academic All-District At-Large teams given to a select number of student-athletes competing in sports that do not have their own standalone Academic All-America programs.
In addition to their strong academic marks, Dyckman, Roncarati, and Rozzi were named to the MASCAC All-Conference teams.
On the field, the Owls delivered another fine season, reaching the MASCAC Championship game and holding a 10-9 overall record (6-1 MASCAC) before falling in overtime of the title game.
