Nicole Rinkus Named MASCAC Rookie Of The Week

Westfield, Mass. -- Freshmen Nicole Rinkus(Pembroke, Mass) has been named this past week's Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week, sponsored by Geico.

The Owls won their season opener against Western New England in a 13-12 overtime game. Rinkus scored four goals for the owls including the game winner in overtime. As well as adding five draw controls.

Wednesday March 4 the Owls will head to Mount Holyoke to face the Lyons at 5 p.m.
