Women's Golf Seventh at Keene Invitational

Antonia Erickson led Westfield State with a score of +39 to lead the women’s golf team’s efforts at the Keene State Invitational on Sunday at the Keene (NH) Country Club.

WESTFIELD, Mass.  – Antonia Erickson led Westfield State with a score of +39 to lead the women's golf team's efforts at the Keene State Invitational on Sunday at the Keene (NH) Country Club.

Westfield finished seventh as a team at the eight-team meet.

Erickson placed in 22nd place individually with Westfield's Julie Gleason one-shot back in 23rd.

Suffolk University won the meet as a team with team score of +53, 21 strokes better than runner up Nichols.

Suffolk's Krisna Mehendran won the individual title with a score of +6.

Westfield will next be in action at the Northeast Women's Golf Fall Classic, with a pair of 1-day tournaments in New York's Capital District On Oct. 11-12.
