WESTFIELD, Mass. – Westfield State first-year Bryant Keeney (Westfield, Mass.) was named to the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference Second Team after the completion of the 2022 men's soccer regular season.
The rookie midfielder played an important two-way role for the Owls, collecting a goal and three assists for a total of five points on the year. In each of the three wins the Owls had this season, Keeney managed to register at least one point in those contests.
Westfield finished the regular season with an overall record of 3-10-5 and a 2-4-1 mark in MASCAC play. The Owls entered the conference tournament as the fifth seed, losing on the road to eventual conference runner-up Bridgewater State by a score of 6-0.
