Weekly Honors
Westfield State sophomore Jonathan Joyce has been selected the Massachusetts State College Athletics Conference (MASCAC) runner of the week.
Joyce placed first out of 253 competitors in the 14th Annual James Earley Invitational, touring the 8,000 meter Stanley Park layout in 26:22.05 in leading the Owls to a third place team finish.
The Owls are idle until Saturday, Oct. 24, when they host the MASCAC championships at Stanley Park.
