Westfield To VIdeostream All Home Games This Season

The Westfield State University home football game vs. Nichols College on Friday, Sept. 3, at 7:00 p.m. will be videostreamed live on the internet. Go to http://www.mascac.tv/ to watch the game; there is no viewing fee.

All five Westfield home football games, along with several away games, can be viewed on the internet. Westfield students Bryan Stockhaus and James Clover will be providing the play-by-play.

WESTFIELD, Mass. – Junior midfielder Kyle Yelin (Southwick) scored an early first-half goal to lift Westfield State to a 1-0 victory over local rival Western New England College in the men’s soccer season opener before a large crowd of nearly 600 on Wednesday, Sept. 1.

Yelin took a short pass in the box from senior Phil Cimino and ripped a shot into the net from seven yards out 17:12 into the game.

Bridgewater State and Westfield State each captured four first place votes to amass 60 points in sharing the top spot in the poll, while Salem State follows in third place with 42 points.
